The unbearable summer heat takes a toll on the body, but you don't have to run to a spa and spend all your hard earned money. Here are some easy DIY recipes which will rejuvenate your senses and make you feel fresh as a daisy, in spite of the blazing summer heat.

Recipe


Combine 2 cups of milk with 1 cup of honey. Mix them well add it to your bathing mix, soak in for 20 mins and then rinse off. Apart from soothing the body, this recipe works wonders for dry skin.

Body wraps to detoxify and rejuvenate your body

Mix yoghurt and honey together, add some vanilla essence (or lavender or peppermint or whichever you prefer), olive oil and whisk it well. In the end, add some freshly ground coffee beans and mix all the ingredients together.

Remember, don't wrap it too tight or you'll choke, it should be just tight enough to allow the ingredients to stay put and not drip. Listen to some soft music as the ingredients work their magic. Unwrap after an hour and you will be pleasantly surprised with the results.
